1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipping:

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

b. After Shipping:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

• In such cases, you may be eligible for exchange as per the policy below.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only (no returns), and under specific conditions:

Eligible for Exchange:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be exchanged in the same condition in which they were received.

Mandatory Condition for Exchange:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, protective covers, or inserts.

• All items included in the original shipment must be returned in the same condition. Partial or damaged returns will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process:

• Email us at [support@modohomes.in] with your order ID, a brief explanation, and clear photographs of the issue.

• Once approved, we will schedule a pickup and ship the replacement item (subject to availability).

• Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Customised or made-to-order products.

• Items returned without original packaging or found used or tampered.

• Minor differences in color, grain, or texture due to natural materials or screen display settings.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

• The ordered item is damaged/defective, and an exchange is not possible due to unavailability.

• Order was cancelled before shipping as per the cancellation terms.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

• In case of prepaid orders where delivery is refused or returned for invalid reasons, shipping charges may be deducted.
